- Dietician/Staff Nurse: Level 7, ₹ 44,900/-
- Dental Hygienist/Dialysis Technician/Extension Educator/Health and Malaria Inspector Grade III/Lab Superintendent Grade III/Perfusionist/Physiotherapist: Level 6, ₹ 35,400/-
- Optometrist/ECG Technician/Lady Health Visitor: Level 4, ₹ 25,500/-
- Pharmacist Grade III/Radiographer/Speech Therapist: Level 5, ₹ 29,200/-
- Lab Assistant Grade II: Level 3, ₹ 21,700/-
Railway Paramedical Eligibility Criteria
- DIETICIAN: B.Sc. Degree in Science with Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics or B.Sc. in Home Science with M.Sc. in Home Science (Food and Nutrition).
- STAFF NURSE: Certificate as Registered Nurse and Midwife with a 3-year course in General Nursing and Midwifery or B.Sc. Nursing.
- DENTAL HYGIENIST: Degree in Science (Biology), Diploma/Certificate Course (2 years) in Dental Hygiene, and registration with the Dental Council of India with 2 years of experience.
- DIALYSIS TECHNICIAN: B.Sc. Degree with Diploma in Haemodialysis or 2 years of in-house training/experience in Haemodialysis.
- EXTENSION EDUCATOR: Graduation in Sociology/Social Work/Community Education with a 2-year diploma in Health Education.
- HEALTH AND MALARIA INSPECTOR GRADE III: B.Sc. with Chemistry as Main/Optional subject or Diploma in Health/Sanitary Inspector or National Trade Certificate in Health Sanitary Inspector.
- LAB SUPERINTENDENT GRADE III: B.Sc. with Biochemistry/Microbiology/Life Science/Chemistry and Biology with Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) or B.Sc. in Medical Technology (Laboratory).
- OPTOMETRIST: B.Sc. in Optometry or Diploma in Ophthalmic Technician with registration.
- PERFUSIONIST: B.Sc. with Diploma in Perfusion Technology or B.Sc. with 3 years of experience as Cardio Pulmonary Pump Technician.
- PHYSIOTHERAPIST: Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy with 2 years of practical experience.
- PHARMACIST GRADE III: 10+2 in Science with Diploma in Pharmacy or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and registration under Pharmacy Act, 1948.
- RADIOGRAPHER: 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry and Diploma in Radiography/X-Ray Technician/Radiodiagnosis Technology.
- SPEECH THERAPIST: B.Sc. Degree with Diploma in Audio and Speech Therapy and 2 years of experience.
- ECG TECHNICIAN: 10+2/Graduation in Science with Certificate/Diploma/Degree in ECG Laboratory Technology/Cardiology Techniques.
- LADY HEALTH VISITOR: Matric with 12th class pass and multipurpose workers course.
- LAB ASSISTANT GRADE II: 10+2 in Science with Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or Certificate Course in Medical Lab with DMLT.
Railway Paramedical Selection Process
Selection will be through a Single Stage Computer-Based Test (CBT) with negative marking for incorrect answers. One-third of the marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
